Refund policy

At KitSphere, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

If the return does not meet these requirements, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Personalized Jerseys:
Jerseys that have been customized with any name, number, or patch—whether pre-selected or custom—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
